Due to time constraints and limited long term storage, I will unfortunately not be able to offer the CSA, but you may pre-order whole chickens for one of two availability windows.
Chickens will weigh a miniumum of 3.75lbs with a goal of average 4lb whole chickens.
Pickup will be scheduled for July 29 at the Black Hills Farmers Market.
Pasture Raised Chicken
Chickens are moved to fresh grass every single day.
Chickens are fed a diet of 7 different, locally sourced, fresh ground grains in addition to what they are able to forage on their pasture.
